- Two weekends ago may have been the last 70 degree weekend we’ll have here, so I played golf both days. A big ‘thank you’ goes to Sarah for getting us on at Overland where I honed my skilz for my Championship of the World match with BR. I shot an 82 Saturday and an 85 on Sunday to tie up the CotW at Saddleback. Since I have an outlet to brag and BR doesn’t - I WHOOPED HIS ASS! Heh, just a reminder that the best-of-43 modified scoring format is tied at 9.

- A bigger ‘Thank You!’ goes to Tchek for letting me use the Titleist 983. The D5 swingweight is perfect, and you’re right, the Launcher 400 is WAY too light. I’ll take the Titleist! Let me know what I owe.

- The mountains are getting a nice bit of snow lately so I went and got my pass. The guy taking my picture said he was going to snap it “on 3″ but actually took it on 5. I started walking away “on 4″ so now my picture has 3/4 of my face and 2 other people in the background. Nice. Now anytime my picture gets scrutinized I’ll need to scowl and walk away from whomever is checking my pass for them to believe it’s me. I may need 2 people to stand behind me to complete the picture.

- I still haven’t replaced my camera from the weekend JC came in town. Do you remember that weekend? The one where I passed out on the concrete then puked in the backyard? Yeah, me neither. I’m looking at upgrading from the Optio S4 to the Optio S5i, though. Maybe the new version is drinking-proofed.
