So I decided to make a pork loin with lemon and garlic tonight. It smelled delicious while I was preparing it and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into it. I think the best way to cook such a beautiful creation is to grill it perfectly on low heat for about 40 minutes, but there are a couple of problems. We have an awesome storm front moving in tonight that produced some heavy thunderstorms - the kind that made me go walking around and get my jeans wet up to my knees. I froze my nips off, though, because the temperature plummeted to about 45 degrees so I headed home. Anyway, it’s raining outside and I can’t grill was the point of that aside. Oh, and I don’t own a grill.

I set the oven on 350 degrees and warmed it up. It’s not too bad baking when it’s a bit chilly in the house because I get to heat my balls everytime I reach for the spices above the stove. I used a lot of spices tonight. Anyway, I fired that badboy up and let it heat to the desired pre-determined temperature. I put the pork loin in and let it bake. For those of you who don’t know, apparently lemon and garlic smell bad when baked. It smells as if I’m baking a turd covered in pine tar.

I hope it tastes better than that.
