Talk about being offline for a while! Things have been going well around casa de Chankij. I’m dating a awesome woman named Liz and we’ve been spending a lot of time with each other. She has 2 great girls, Caitlin and Meghan. I bought a house and it’s been a lot of work but it’s also been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made - I got my tax return back and real estate is the last great shelter. I also bought myself a Subaru Outback so that I can blend into the Colorado landscape. It was weird to pick up a mortgage and a car payment but WTF - why not?
