Hey hey, kids. TW, JW, KG and I took off from the Bergen Park parking lot and headed to Central City for a training ride. I have to say that this ride was tougher than a Kroger steak. For everyone familiar with I-70 we rode Floyd Hill to the Central City Parkway and back…and Floyd Hill is a nasty little “hill”. I felt as if I rode straight up a wall - luckily I had a head-wind that helped me go up very, very s-l-o-w-l-y. Of course, this was after I got to ride down the Central City Parkway and hit my max mph (see below) - I need to point out this was the first time I got to ride this fast and it made my boys shrivel.
